Telkom's service and responses.

I wrote a review a week ago complaining about the poor service of Telkom. Shortly afterwards I received a SMS to tell me what to do next from them. I did as they asked and again send a mail as extra communication to the 2 employees that I previously mentioned. I asked them to respond to the correspondence and yet nothing. I just sent them a mail again and is awaiting feedback from them. I am now also going to the ombudsman to try and get this issue settled. I hope that I never need any service from them ever again. Bad, bad, bad.
