Telkom's **** service

About 3 years ago my husband cancelled our landline because the cables were ****** and Telkom did'nt want to replace it. We've complained about it and Telkom did nothing to solve the problem. The account is fully paid and we do have the proof of the payment. Now..Telkom keep on sending sms's to my husband. They are Not doing their jobs. So..Telkom, wake up and do your homework!!!
