Telkoms response is untrue

<p>Apart from not being able to fix my land line, there response is completely untrue.</p> <p> </p> <p>The fault is not a general fault, I live in a complex with 31 other people, only my phone is out of order.</p> <p> </p> <p>No technician has been despatched . </p>
