Telkom's Reality

I had an experience with Telkom today. I need to assign our Home Fibre with an IP address when i realized that Telkom is not the issue in terms of the services they offer but rather their team of employees. I called almost 10 times for the same thing just to be transfered to another department, in circles. Their problem is uns****ed staff and staff that are not wiling to support customers. Instead of staying on the line to assist as far as they can, they transfer you in circles, as long as you are off that persons back. Telkom, well done for providing such a vast amount of services but please, think about working with your employees to ensure that your customers come first.
