Telkom"s puzzle teaser

Around 11:50 this afternoon 2024/02/28 I got a msg on my phone from Telkom saying that I have subscribed to puzzle teaser for R3.00 per day & failed charges will be retried after renewal and there is a no *179# to unsubribe and when I dial that number it doesn't give an option to unsubribe even their whatsapp number the is not option for unsubribing can they please unsubribe my number from that puzzle teaser
