Telkoms putrite services

I recently signed up to a contract with telkom ane was missold by the telesales agent , on the call I was told I would receive my installation fee back in 3 months however I later found out that this isn’t true and I would only be getting it back once my contract came to an end. I have contacted telkom many times and even sent them emails to listen to the call and rectify there mistake but nobody has contacted me from there customer care department to even let me know what’s happening with the complaint I have laid . Telkom has pertheticly poor services and I advise people out there to never waste your time with this putrite company and there services . Please don’t trust there telesales they’re a Bunch of misleading idiots that know nothing or try calling there customer care department, they never answer promptly and even when u get through to them they know nothing about assisting clients and helping solve problems honestly telkom has become a major waste of time and mistake
