Telkom's problem resolutions never positive

Telkom has the cheapest rates due to the worst trained customer relations. I am not sure if the staff is under paid thus they can't mail clients and perform corrections or feedback due to being paid less and hunger strikes. Really not sure what the incompetence is about.

I have taken a contract out the deal was incorrect, I have been billed but have not received the benefits of what i signed up for. Black Friday deal and next thing I know i am not receiving what the deal promises. Been at the store twice. Nothing Manager needs to assist but the manager is never there. Every issue you have the manager is never there.

Telkom is good but once you have an issue you have hell. Workers are unprepared, under s****ed, always asking others for help and can never resolve and issue.
