Telkom’s Prime Video Mobile Edition Promotion Feels Like a ****

Complaint: On 20 October 2025, I received an email from Telkom confirming that I would receive 3 months of Prime Video Mobile Edition “on us” as part of my renewed contract. The same email stated that I should “be on the lookout for an email that will be sent to you to activate this great promotional offer.”

It has now been more than a week, and no activation email has been received. I called Telkom today and spoke to about 8 different consultants, but none could assist. I was transferred from one department to another with no solution or feedback.

At this point, it feels like this Prime Video Mobile Edition offer is a ****, as customers are being told they’ll receive something that never actually arrives. It’s misleading and disappointing to experience this level of confusion from such a large company.
