Telkoms poor WiFi services

I have been using Telkom's wifi for over 5 years and for the past year we have been having extreme problems with it, we have called telkom on numerous occasions and they claimed we have to upgrade the speed of the line, so in February 2018 when they had their special which included a wifi extender and a 4 meg line we decided to upgrade, its been 2 months already and we have not received anything and the WiFi is still extremely slow, when calling them they claimed it was cancelled on their side without even informing the customer. Its a recurring problem and now its getting quite frustrating.
