Telkoms poor service frustrating my uncle

My uncle(Mussa Mervin Nkosi) is elderly and frustrated .... he was told he over paid his complete account by R2000. He was told he will get this amount reimbursed and his name will be removed from bureau. However this has not been the case ... this has been ongoing since last year he has been trying to contact Telkom with no success .... Telkom account ***
