Telkom's Poor Service

It is impossible to get through to the Telkom service centre and actually speak to a consultant. Their selection menu does not provide an option for one to speak to an agent, instead it redirects you to options that have nothing to do with ones query which could be resolved by talking to someone. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating!!!!
