Telkoms poor service delivery

I ordered my telkom fibre like two months ago. I live the malvern area, panorama glen complex. I am not sure if the fibre lines are completed installed but I haven't seen them in a few days. Its taking too long to get this internet fibre connection set up. When will the technicians come out to us. We were promised free data until we get the fibre but this has not happened. I called the call centre and I was told a manager will call us regarding this and I have not received a call. I feel like canceling the sale and going to another provider because this is poor and slow service.
