Telkom's Poor service delivery!

TELKOM!!! Unbelievable dissatisfaction with Telkom Service! Processed an upgrade online on the 2nd Jan 2020...Nothing done by Telkom! Processed Upgrade Telephonically on the 10th Jan 2020! No Upgrade implemented! Discover on the 13th Jan 2020....message saying..."sad to see you go". Totally dissatisfied with Telkom's inability to do simple tasks! In Store personnel are unfriendly and also incapable of applying deals as advertised on the Website! Its completely unacceptable poor service levels!

Then.... After spending hours on the phone to the online people on the 10th Jan... I now further discover today on the 21st Jan that the order was cancelled on the 13th Jan! What kind of operation is being run at Telkom! I am so flabbergasted at Telkom's unprofessional conduct!
