Telkoms poor service

I've app**** for the WiFi package from Telkom. They haven't called to find out when I will be home to deliver or install, no communication whatsoever. The Telkom guy pitches up to deliver and when the landlord asks him to call me because I am literally 5 houses away, he refuses and says he is cancelling my delivery because he has other deliveries to do. That's absolutely bull****.. That's absolutely poor damn service. How the hell was I to know that they going to pitch up at that point in time and then his rude and jumps in his vehicle and goes. Now I can't get hold of Telkom coz none of the damn numbers work.. this must be the worst service I have ever received.
