Telkom's poor service.

I have reported that my telephone line and internet were down last week. Still nothing and it's been more than 4 days. I have online submissions for assignments and I also work remotely. Data is expensive for the things I have to do, and it's not fair as I use their ADSL. What frustrates me worse is that I am also on their mobile network.
