Telkoms **** poor service

I have never revived worse service from any company in my life. Took one and a half months to receive my phone from an online order. Never received feedback, I had to consistently follow up. Call centre agents are both Rude and ***********. Upon ordering I was assured that I could swap my number over the phone but when I tried, they sent me to the store. After requesting the change at the store and am told it would take 24 to 48 hours... It's been more than 60 hours now. I contact the call centre and I'm told that it hasn't even been assigned to anyone to perform and this they cannot give me an expected time for completion. I request to speak to a manager and I'm confronted by "for what reason as the manager can't help you here either"... I insist on talking to a manager and am out on hold for 30 minutes without anyone returning too the call before I give up and cut the call. What sort of **** poor company and customer service is this???
