TELKOM's POOR SERVICE

TELKOM has such *********** EMPLOYEES. It's been 7 days and my QUERY hasn't been resolved... spoke with 3 different consultants. Nokuthula Sibanyoni said within 24HRS my query will be resolved.... GUESS WHAT? - Still not resolved. Today I'm speaking with Lungile Msimang, been on hold for 21minutes... still holding while she's still trying to get hold of a Supervisor.

PATHETIC SERVICE.... TELKOM is the same as ESKOM!
