TELKOMS POOR SERVICE

I cant belive that a company has such a poor regard for customer service. I am trying to move my internet as I have moved to a new address. It has been more than 6weeks, 3 visits to the Tygervalley branch and HOURS of spendding time on the phone just to be transfered to another department.

No one can seem to do what they are paid for

As I am ccurrently typing this email, I have been transfered 3 times and waiting for over a hour for someone to pick up the phone(AGAIN) And I suppose that at the end of the monthe you are still expecting you money... THIS IS BECOMMING RIDICULOUS
