Telkom's poor service

Telkom is useless with ***********, sloppy consultants who cannot even try to make you accept/understand their flipping lousy explanations. They are just there to get their salaries for doing nothing. I regret why I ported my number to Telkom. I am considering going back to Vodacom at least I did not experience such a poor service. I now have more that 24 hours with a sim card that is not activated. When I called before they said 24 hours, now the say 72 hours. Why when the router is delivered to me as the owner I still have to wait for 24, 48 and 72 hours for sim activation? This is so unprofessional and I cannot take it anymore. I am going to exercise the 7 days catered for in the contract to return the flipping thing back. I cannot wait for 72 hours, I bought this router to use it as and when I want to because I need it.
