Telkoms poor response , even to pay them.

5 months of no coverage, endless calls to a call centre .I managed to get a contract cancelled with Telkom. Due to no response I called them and told them I am reversing my debit orders until I get service. Since then I have emailed them so we could sort out what is owed as there was no coverage. As expected no reply again. Their service is beyond shocking, please avoid telekom on all accounts. If I am lucky Telkom will reply to this , if not then I shouldn't be surprised.
