Telkom's poor network!!!!!

Telkom has been having the WORST signal ever for the passed 2 months, we call but we either get put on hold for too long or we get transferred to different departments with no answer, what is happening and when will the network issue be resolved?? We are paying for wifi AND data but both don't work. 😡
