Telkom's poor internet service

I have been struggling with this service provider for internet for a few months now. I have had to phone in with problems with slow internet, internet down, internet reset and so on more than 5 times since Jan and the poor service continues. I tried to call and the lines cut off half way through the conversation and I have not been able to contact them again since. The consultants that help me are always good but this does not help the fact that I keep calling them with problems.
