Telkom's poor customer service

Telkom online service sucks, you will not get the device in 48 hours as they promise. it has been 23 days but to-date have not received the device. you get **** to everyday when you call them. even when they claim to see what went wrong with their systems the next thing when you call to get an update they tell you that the delivery guys did not capture your address correctly and when you phone a day later you are told the phone was never dispatched because you order was not finalized. unfortunately no one take this serious complaints serious and by the way they have already deducted the monthly installment.
