Telkom's poor coverage and service

Telkom's network is getting poorer n poorer by day its frustrating to its users. I have been using Telkom in my are Malokela in Burgersfort for about 4 years now and it was the best, I was on 4g, but on 27 Aug 2020 I lost coverage, I asked other Telkom users n they were experiencing the same issue and this is our third day now. I tried calling customer care but the consultant I spoke to frustrated me even worse by telling me that my area is not covered, so if that's the case, how come I had a good coverage all these years?? I'm working from home n for 2 consecutive days I couldn't work because I have no coverage. This is costing me my job n when I tried calling Telkom again to try and escalate the matter, i got an auto response that says I can use that useless what's up line!! I have a contract with Telkom and now it doesn't serve any purpose for me n I'm getting no help or advise from them whatsoever, n reaching them is nearly impossible...
