Telkom's poor billing service

I lodged a complain about Telkom's billing service.. It is in connection with a service which was terminated in January 2017 and to this date, I have not had a reply from them!!! They kept on charging us until May 2017. Will I ever get them to contact me, let alone the refund they owe to me!
