Telkoms ****

Telkom what a **** network u are work is already hard to find but you hand people over for what your ****ing *********** staff. So my account was squared up 2 years ago there was a tall lady that worked at telkom kc who said I could pay at pick n pay and everything would be canceled. And low ans behold I suddenly owe 2000 for something your staff should have canceled 2 years ago and now u hand me over.

Numerous people have complained about your company and shifty staff and I have queried thus numerous times with no manager call back, no manager coming out at the store to speak to me as your management never seems to be around. When I asked another young lady she said sir I can see your service has been bared , so my question is i kept my end paid up my bill and your staff said it's bared I cannot use my router,so please what the **** have I been billed for when your staff who apparently no longer works at your kc branch advised me it would be closed completely ?

You people are ****ing *********** and a bunch of idiots that don't train staff properly and due to this I'm now handed over and thus will affect my record due to your incompetence I mean does that make sense ?
