Telkom's pathetic service- WI-FI still not working still

Complaint I'm so disappointed with Telkom's pathetic service, this is really annoying me to the core. Its been a week everyday I have to call their Sales and Technical dept. say the same thing Over and Over "Your New WIFI installation". Our HOME Wi-Fi has never worked from Day1 after installation. They have dispatched Techs already but their so called DLINK is still Multi functionating. Today at 08:30am their friendly Tech advised we go to Telkom store and tell them what is the problem modem, they must replace faulty DLINK box and reconfigure the replacement while we in Store. We drove to Centurion Mall, to our surprise we were told they will only have a TECH on site on Saturday. What about me as a Client, its a New installation but l must say its a WEEK OF HELL with Telkom Service. I want to CANCEL services l cant. I'm not happy with your SERVICE, PRODUCT I keep rating them ZERO on SURVEYS still not bothered nor concerned why this client keeps rating us ZERO. I do not know how many Ref' I have from them.
