Telkom's pathetic Service (*****ING MY MONEY)

Telkom has been overcharging me for sometime. I've gone to several branches and there is no assistance from them. I have a contract of R199.00 per month for 24 months but to my suprise I'm being charged different amounts that we did not agree on. Every month it's different amounts. One month it's a R1000, following month it's R1600 and following month R2000 etc.

I 've been running back and forth to TELKOM'S offices no assistance. So every now and then I have to reverse the amounts that are being debited from my account. I've requested them to cancel the contract but up till this day it's still not cancelled. Telkom is *****ing my money.
