Telkoms pathetic service

I have been experiencing absolutely terrible service from telkom during the last 3 weeks. My telephone line has been down and I'm unable to make calls or make use of the internet. I have called telkom almost everyday since the problem has occurred and the only feedback that the consultants have is that the issue is under investigation. But nothing has been fixed, nor has anyone called to inform me what the problem is or when I can expect it to be resolved!
