Telkom’s pathetic service

Telkom’s service is absolutely pathetic! I’ve requested to have my line moved last year October and it still has not been done. I’ve called them on numerous occasions and escalated the case. Each consultant gives me a different story. They are still also billing me for a service that they are not providing. Ridiculous!
