Telkom's pathetic service

I was contacted when Telkom ran a promotion in Dec last year but I am not paying for what I agreed to nor am I receiving the correct data

I agreed to the deal for R199 but I am paying R322.??????????

How is this possible??????

It takes forever to get to speak to someone and when u get through to another department they advise you to contact another number as you have the incorrect department!!!! Where’s the harm and arranging a callback

I’ve asked to review my invoice via email and I still don’t receive anything at all I have to Manually log onto the website to retrieve it every month and I get several “oops sorry please retry later”
