Telkoms pathetic service

I have three wifi contracts with telkom which should have ended in November 2020. I have given telkom mobile the relevant notice for those contracts to be cancelled at the end of the contract term and I am still being debited for those contracts. Apart from the notice given online, I have been receiving calls daily since October 2020 regarding the upgrade of those contracts and on every call I have advised the consultants that those contracts are to be cancelled.i am livid at the service provided by telkom. They are the worst service provider. I am still being debited for a contract that should have ended in November last year. This is pathetic service. I have not even received any update regarding the online notice of cancellation that I have submitted.
