Telkoms pathetic service

On the 23 of July 2019 the telephone cables in our area had ben ******. Its now 22 days later and telkom has not done a single thing to fix the problem. We have tried numerous times to get ahold of the correct people to complain about it , we even contacted the cable manager Yandi Nsle who said she will get back to us. Then never took any of our calls afterwards and we have never heard from her ever since. We a small operating business and thanks to telkoms pathetic service and a dont give a damn attitude we have have been affected badly by this. My ref number is 87cnz230719.
