Telkoms Pathetic Service

This is the SECOND time i've taken a contract with Telkom and i will NEVER deal with them ever again! There service is worse than their signal. Years back i recieved such terrible service and was so put of Telkom, then earlier this year i decided to take a phone contract with them because they seemed to have a good deal and i though by now there service should have improved....

Since then they have double debited my account last month and then sent me an sms to say that my account is in arrears, in addition they've been debiting the account on the entirely wrong day of the month.

When i try to call the store/salesperson i signed the contract with the store number goes to a Telkom call centre (which is just as useless) and the sales person (Wade from Telkom the Glen) doesnt answer my calls or respond to my messages.

PLEASE PEOPLE - STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM PRODUCTS AND SERVICES!
