TELKOMS PATHETIC SERVICE

I am currently using Afrihost as my internet provider with a telkom line. My internet has not been working for 2 days now and I need it urgently for studying. The fault was logged as a problem with the Telkom line. Telkom came back saying that the cables have been ****** and they will not be replacing it. This is absolutely ridiculous, who will then replace the cables??? I will be reporting this to ICASA because this is pathetic service from Telkom
