Telkom's Pathetic service

Telkom your service is pathetic! Very quick to take ones money but giving it back has too much redtape.

As for your consultants, they need a few lessons when it comes to customer service.

I placed a cancellation order and that order was cancelled without my knowledge. I am entitled to my retainable fee upon cancellation but that is too much too ask!
