Telkoms pathetic service

I have called in numerous times over the past 6-7 months trying to get the adsl line. The person assisting assures me that there is connection. And the order goes through. Then I hear nothing for about 3weeks. I call in and I'm told they waiting for a technician. Then I get no feedback once again. Then I contact them via Facebook , then I'm given drips and drabes of information over a span of 2 weeks. This process has happened more than once. I'm disgusted with the customer service and the etiquette and feedback. Worst service ever.
