Telkom's pathetic service

Telkom's system apperantly changed my ADSL line to a Voice line all by itself.Can you imagine?!So for the past 2 weeks of wich 1 their systems was offline me as the customer is now struggling to get this rectified.So now for the last week I've been calling all the relevant numbers but it seems like there is no one working at Telkom anymore seeing that they no longer answer the phones.Absolute pathetic service
