Telkoms pathetic service

Good day

We have lodged a complain about our landline and ADSL services being down from the 14th of February, i have made numerous phone calls to telkoms techinical department and my issue as still not been resolved, everytime im on the phone with them its the same story about it being escalated and they awaiting a technician to come on site,

No you tell me in the 21st century it takes more than 1 week to sort out a telecommunications issue???

I am expected to pay for the services At the end of February without having any services for more than a week.

I would like feedback and a response to resolving my issue immediately
