Telkom's Pathetic Serive

I placed an order on 23 October 2017 for a Huawei P10 lite. My order has been confirmed and approved and the debit order has gone off and I have still not received my phone! My order went from being out for delivery, to no stock, to received stock, to still at the warehouse, to left the warehouse on the 30th October. I had to contact CourierIt myself and they have provided me with an email stating that they do not have my parcel. It is the 22 of November and 1 day away from 1 month ago that I have placed my order. I have already logged a cancellation on the order seeing that it’s STILL AT YOUR WAREHOUSE and I have not been refunded yet!! If you guys do another debit order at the end of November for a phone that I do not have, I swear to God I am taking this further! You people are ridiculous and this is totally unacceptable.

I deserve more than an apology for this!
