Telkom's pathetic customer service

I have ordered the November Big Deal from Telkom. To date I have not received my order. I have contacted the call centre numerous times with no assistance. The day which the company did try to deliver, I was on christmas break hence was not available, thereafter, no contact was made with me to resolve this matter. When Telkom wanted me to take this contract I had calls almost immediately but when I have a grevience, it is impossible to sort this out. Telkom's service is the worst ever. I won't recommend them.
