Telkoms pathetic customer service

I would like to complain about Telkoms pathetic customer service. I logged a fault yesterday on the 30/11/2018 I was told within 24 hours I will receive response. I was told that the line was disconnected due to non payment. My account payment has never been later or unpaid ever. When I called the help desk I was told that it's not my fault that my line was disconnected it was some technical error. However I still need to wait 72hours for something that is not even my fault. I think that this is pathetic customer care service. I called today the 31/11/2018 and I logged 4 incidents I am still waiting for reconnection. I waited on the line for 1hour and 30 mins to get assistance from a team leader. And I was never assisted I think Telling has the worst service ever.
