Telkom's non service in Orkney

I can not believe how poor Telkom's service is. I have Wifi with them and on the 21.08.2020 I called and reported that my Wifi is not working. Saturday I called again and reported it again they promised that someone will come out and fix it for us. On the 24.08.2020 I called again the following day I called again as well as the day after that. I still have no connection! I don't have any more airtime to call them.
