TELKOM'S NON EXISTENT SERVICE- *****S FROM CONSUMERS

Telkom SA sits with the Monopoly and do exactly as they please!!! They don't process cancellations and keep on deducting from us every month, even with added increases in contribution. I am sick of the lack of service received from you, you should be ashamed of yourselves, CONSUMERS are the ones keeping your LARGE company alive. I know to you I'm just a number, but I'm 100% certain I'm not the only one with this complaint. You are so quick to sign contracts and deduct money but when we ARE NO LONGER ABLE to utilise the service due to relocation, NO SERVICE TO SPEAK OF......
