Telkom's non-existent service

I have app**** for fibre at the menlyn store. After not receiving ANY feedback long after the waiting period was over I visit the store AGAIN only to find that they have app**** for something else, not the fibre. the service is terrible, unprofessional and a frustration from beginning to end. NEVER using telkom ever again.
