Telkoms non existent customer service

This useless company shouldn't even get a one star rating. People they are as useless as chicken teeth. If you ever think of getting a mobile contract with these unmentionables dont. Their customer service is non existent and if you want headaches from day one, then go for it, be warned. Their consultants are pathetic, and 90% of your queries are referred to the "back office" (excuse for can't help you next) but your payment is deducted of religiously on time, don't forget a missed debit order will cost you R207.00, then if it isn't recovered the next month then its another R207 on top of that, and so forth and so forth. They will keep you in debt till its a pretty lump sum and then get their lawyers to contact you. STAY AWAY PEOPLE
