Telkom's Non Existent Customer Service

I wrote a review a few weeks back and the Social Media Department responded to say that they will contact me however I have not heard a word to date...Disappointment after disappointment. My biggest regret is renewing a contract with them! Please be aware and stay far away from Telkom as their customer service is non- existent ;(
