Telkom's NON existence Service and professionalism!!

I have been experiencing the WORST Service or Lack of Service from Telkom ! A whole week with numerous daily calls to the Account / Technical and sales department simply to connect data services that is supposed to be available on teh AGP -KW125 phone that was supp**** by them . No One calls back to resolve the issue or assist with the simple Network settings on the phone. For a company Who's business is COMMUNICATION ! There is NO Communication what So EVER. And absolute lack of knowledge of the products that they so eagerly sell to their clients.

They promise to call you back with feedback on your reported fault - Nothing happens. The put you on hold for 20 -30 minutes without any communication. Best is that I then receive an SMS to communicate that my issue has been resolved!!!!!!
