Telkom's non compliance of relocation of adsl results in customer being handed over for debt collection

Last year July 2019 I called Telkom to relocate my adsl to a new address 3 times which they failed to do which resulted in non payment for non compliance as I was not receiving any service at my new address. I have now being handed over to the debt collectors who harass me daily even after I have supp**** them with the last order number Telkom gave me for the relocation of my adsl line to my new address. This has not helped and I'm still told I need to pay. Telkom order number is 288807 which was the last order number I received from Telkom. Please can someone from Telkom assist me in the matter
