Telkom's New Way Of Chowing its Customers Monies

Telkom has a new way of robbing their customers. They change your banking details toward the end of the month and after the pay day they will tell you that the debit order bounced. When you ask them how they tell you that it's because there was no money in your account. And they tell you that you will pay R200 and something extra next month.

They will then give you *** email to lodge a complaint but they will never reply to your complaint. They just want to chow extra money from their customers.
